This informational website does not maintain visitor accounts or run a loan application. When you submit the contact or starting-point form, the name, email address, selections, and message you provide are securely transmitted through Google Apps Script to Bryce’s Google Workspace inbox at bryce@loansbybryce.net. The inquiry may be retained in that inbox according to the account’s email and administrative retention settings.
This site currently does not intentionally use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or a separate lead database. Google processes form submissions to deliver the inquiry. External links are governed by the privacy practices of their respective websites.
Email safety
Ordinary email is not the place for Social Security numbers, bank or account numbers, passwords, tax returns, identity documents, or other sensitive personal or financial information. Begin with non-sensitive context. Bryce can explain the appropriate secure process if documentation is needed.
Accessibility
Loans by Bryce aims to provide a website that is usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, and mobile devices. If any part of the site is difficult to use, email bryce@loansbybryce.net with the page and issue so an alternative can be provided and the experience can be improved.

Calculators and articles are general educational tools. They are not an application, credit decision, approval, disclosure, rate quote, or commitment to lend. Actual eligibility, pricing, costs, and terms depend on verified borrower, property, market, and program information.
